Strong leaders must be cultivated. And that's what the MNCPA Leadership Academy is here for.

In this immersive program, attendees journey through a series of workshops with the same cohort of CPA peers. Participants dive deep into what it takes to lead effectively in public accounting, deliver their best value and drive future success for the whole firm.

Attendees will pave the way for more challenging client work, leadership roles and career growth, and come away with the confidence and skills needed to be successful, capable leaders.

Who should take this program?

• Accounting professionals in public practice, ages 25-35, with at least three years of professional experience, between the senior/manager level or on that track for advancement
