About the Minnesota Society of CPAs

Founded in 1904, the Minnesota Society of CPAs (MNCPA) is a professional organization that serves 7,500 members across Minnesota. Members come from public practice, industry, government and education.
The MNCPA sponsors a variety of continuing professional education programs throughout the year. Seminars, conferences, webinars and other special events are open to members and the general public. These programs are taught by reputable instructors from across the country and help keep members up to date with their education requirements and current trends.
MNCPA membership is open to individuals who have passed the CPA exam. Associate membership is also available to non-CPA owners or billable professionals of a firm, corporate finance professionals, or non-CPAs in a full-time accounting educator role.
